Executive Breakfast Forum: Employee Engagement – A Top Talent Issue

Employees who are engaged at work have a greater likelihood of staying with their employer. An environment filled with engaged employees attracts new hires. Job seekers are attracted to a company whose employees are happy, involved and innovative.
Three companies will present their engagement and tracking processes:
Leslie Flinn, Director of Marketing & Recruiting for Warady & Davis a large CPA and consulting firm and Kurt Sundberg, owner of Simplex System Controls, manufacturer of custom electric and pneumatic control panels.
They both have a similar success rate in long term retention due to their systems of engagement, family culture and continuous education. Warady & Davis has a more formal engagement process and verification system, whereas Simplex is just beginning to implement similar systems.
Ginger Imes, Vice President Commercial Division at DSP Insurance Services, will be joining the panel to offer steps to a more engaged team and tools to measure success. Her team has had great success attracting talents by empathizing these efforts.
